The Ohio Division of Real Estate has determined we will no longer distribute the Ohio Real Estate Laws & Rules book, the “red book,” as recent changes in our law render these books outdated.   We are developing an updated version that will soon be available in electronic version only at our website, www.com.state.oh.us/real/realrevcodes.htm.  Once completed, it may be downloaded and printed out as needed.  

In the meantime you may find the Laws, Rules & Guidelines which regulate your industry at Ohio Online Docs .
