10:30 -10:45 a.m. Sign -in dignitary at sign in table make sure your reps get a name tag in front of room D-235

110:45 a.m. Informal introductions Participants talk to each other

11:00 a.m. Governor arrives and we take two be there early-we can not wait on anyone photos - one with OAE council one with contributor/speakers

11:05 a.m. Welcome and opening remarks D. Ulrich (2 minutes) welcomes all and introduces Donna Owens who briefly and formally intros the Governor. OAE is a grass roots partnership from all sectors.
