Director of Commerce Gary C.
Suhadolnik has selected Eric Cameron, of Grandview, as a summer legal intern for
the Ohio Department of Commerce’s Division of Industrial
Compliance.
The
Summer Legal Internship programs runs from May to August and provides law school
students with a substantial amount of experience in legal research and writing,
focusing on issues of administrative law and regulatory matters within a diverse
state agency.
Cameron is a graduate of the
Ohio State University and will begin his second year of law studies at Capital
University Law School this fall.
Cameron is the son of Ron
Cameron of Grandview and Sharon Cameron of Columbus.

The Division of Industrial Compliance includes the following sections: Bedding and Upholstered Furniture, Boilers, Elevator Inspection, Plumbing, Examiners of Steam Engineers, Pressure Piping, and Construction Compliance. It also includes the Board of Building Standards and the Board of Building Appeals, the Ohio Construction Industry Examining Board and the Ski Tramway Board.
