Friday’s Presentation Part Of Saving And Investing Education Month

Dee O’Hair, an Enforcement Attorney with the Ohio Department of Commerce’s Division of Securities, will discuss the basics of saving and investing at Polaris Career Center, 7285 Old Oak Blvd., Middleburg Heights on Friday, April 7. Her presentations are scheduled as follows:

7:50 a.m. – 8:35 a.m.

10:05 a.m. – 10:50 a.m.

11:20 a.m. – 12:05 p.m.

12:05 p.m. – 12:50 p.m.

12:50 p.m. – 1:35 p.m.

1:35 p.m. – 2:20 p.m.

Governor Bob Taft has proclaimed April to be Saving and Investing Education Month in the State of Ohio. This observance month, which is part of a national investor education campaign, is designed to encourage consumers to save, invest wisely, and protect themselves against fraudulent schemes.

Ms. O’Hair will discuss the basics of saving and investing, especially as it applies to young Ohioans.
