WHAT:          Fire Safety Education Classes in Conjunction with the 1999

National Fire Prevention Week

 

WHEN:          Monday, October 4^th through Friday, October 8^th

WHY:             To heighten the public’s awareness of the importance of general and

                        personal fire safety during the timely backdrop of National Fire

                        Prevention Week 

 

NOTES:         The following page lists the program dates, locations and

                        instructors for the thirty fire safety education classes given by the

                        State Fire Marshal’s office around Ohio during Fire Prevention Week.

 

                        Our fire safety educators provide a wonderful interview source.  During

                        the average year, they instruct 3000 classes on various fire safety issues

                        and reach more than 75,000 citizens in elementary schools, hospitals,

                        nursing homes, private industry and civic groups.

 

                        If you are interested in attending a class or interviewing one of our

                        educators, we ask that you contact us or the location that the program is
