State appoints FDIC receiver for Oakwood Deposit Bank
At 2:01 p.m., February 1, 2002, at the request of the bank’s board of directors, the Superintendent of Financial Institutions accepted possession of The Oakwood Deposit Bank Company and appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation receiver for the bank. The principal place of business of the bank is 218 North First Street, Oakwood, Ohio in Paulding County; the bank’s only branch is at100 South Main Street, Grover Hill, Ohio, also in Paulding County. Customers of the bank may reach the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at 1-877-367-2718. Customers can also contact the bank at 1-419-594-3333.
