Director of Commerce Gary C. Suhadolnik has selected Matthew Young, of Hudson, as a summer legal intern for the Ohio Department of Commerce’s Division of Financial Institutions.

The Summer Legal Internship programs runs from May to August and provides law school students with a substantial amount of experience in legal research and writing, focusing on issues of administrative law and regulatory matters within a diverse state agency.

Young is a graduate of Ohio University and will begin his third year of law studies at the Ohio State University College of Law this fall.

Young is the son of Jim and Caren Young of Hudson.
