Any individual working in the State of Ohio as an agent, solicitor or salesperson for a manufacturer. supplier, wholesale distributor, or broker of beer, wine, mixed beverages, or, as an agent, solicitor, or salesperson for a manufacturer, supplier, or broker of spirituous liquor must register with the Division of Liquor Control.
