CREDIT UNION COUNCIL
Pursuant to Revised Code 1733.329 and 1733.3210, the seven-member Credit Union Council advises the Division of Financial
Institutions on matters submitted to it by the Division including, matters relating to the business of credit unions,
including field of membership, regulation, examination, safety & soundness, and applications of credit unions. In
addition, the Council confirms the annual supervisory fees assessed the state-chartered credit union industry in Ohio.
