Banking Commission

Banking Commission – Revised Code Chapter 1123 mandates the creation of the seven-member Banking Commission. The membership of the Commission shall be representative of the banking industry as a whole, including representatives of banks of various asset sizes as determined by the Superintendent of Financial Institutions from time to time. The Banking Commission advises the Division of Financial Institutions on any matters submitted to it by the Division and confirms the annual schedule of assessments.
