The celebration of National Elevator Escalator Safety Awareness Week. November 9-15, 2008  is a promotion of public safety awareness of the industry’s equipment. Safety week provides a focal point for the industry to join together as individuals, companies, and organizations; and spread the word about public safety in the elevator industry.
